WhytManga Tournament 2013 round 1 [lineart]

ATTENTION!
Other than my other linearts this is not free for colouring until the 20th of June 2013, aka. the end of the first round. Sorry if anyone was interested, you'll have to wait (at least with the upload) ^^° I'll replace it with the empty-background version and offer the high-res download for convenience.

The challenge for round 1 is to draw at least two of s characters in a creative way. I drew seven of his characters (+ Princess Zion I TOLD YOU I WOULD DRAW HER!) in some ruins posing around like a bunch of coolkids, I hope that works too I tried to emulate his style as good as possible within my own style and failed especially on Wiiwerth. Still, that style-bastard-child looks friggin sweet and I'll probably draw more this way *-*

It's only the lineart, I'll still colour it but I like it so damn much, geez, this is probably my best lineart ever. So proud, you have no idea. I learned so much.
No lineweight here, I was going for a very anime-kind of look I hope that's ok.

I referenced the hell out of WhytManga's art to get the characters right and my own hand + a pharmaceutical book from 1988 as Princess Zion were the models for some difficult (for me) hands in this drawing, there were no other refs I used. The logo is traced (oh noes!)

The poses are not too innovative - Osamu standing around facing away (obligatory Osamu-butt for the ladies) and Symon holding a book and touching his glasses is pretty standard but I wanted to stay true to the characters and since we don't know too much about them yet better play it save ^^
Oh and can I just say that I fell in love with Lily (I assume this is Yuri's official name now?) Sweet precious baby... let me ship you... _{with everyone}

Yes, the background is constructed in a way that I could position the characters as I please. Because YOLO
